I agree with Ms Foster. If you try to ask for assistance, they won't meet your eye and turn away...that's if you can find anyone. Today I asked for help and got a big sigh and an attitude. Time to boycott them again. Last time I boycotted them I lasted a whole year, and then I broke down and started stopping in again.
Very pricey but normal for a department store. When I went they were having decent sales. Buy one, get 2 free. Gives you an option for upscale clothes without having to drive to Austin or Killeen.
I believe when you have a sale the price should drop on the items not be raised and then dropped. The sale price tag is costlier than the merchant price is... Not good at all

Went to your store today. I was never greeted nor ask if I needed any help. There we two ladies sitting behind the counter talking. The store was not busy maybe one or two more customers inside. I don't expect anyone to run up to me when entering a store just acknowledge that I'm there and ask if I need help and they did neither. Maybe a course on customer service would be helpful.
