Crooks. Went in for pain relief from a wisdom tooth. Was given 2 painkillers & a written prescription. Blood pressure tested. 20 minutes in the back which was mainly a nurse looking for the doctor to discharge me. Total bill $4700.00. Almost FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! Again zero tests, xrays, blood work, etc.

They took very good care of my elderly mother.

Financial lady was very rude and disrespectful number one when a patient is in pain last thing one their mind is hey time to pay up!!!! Do give 5 stars to the Doctor, and nursing staff, as well as the other staff. But to the lady that wanted me to pay up front you're a piece of work and have absolutely no respect or remorse. I will go as far as to say you should not be such a bigot! And part of your job as someone that deals with the public, is customer service to make their experience a good one. Especially showing civility to people in pain, you do work in a hospital where people have a tendency to be sick and not in the best of health or hurt. Customer satisfaction should be a priority on your part not trying to humiliate a patient in front of other staff like you did for not coughing up money right then and there!!! Shame on you!!!!

Financially I go here because its the only thing my insurance will cover. I see multiple of their specialists and primary care. I come to the hospital for tests and outpaitent. They do not work around my work schedule and it takes a very long time to get in or get results back. When I had my stress test the tech was amazing in making sure I was safe when I told her my concerns and needs, but the physician assistant made me feel like I was a waste of space and time and that they wouldnt find any answers anyway. I am a young person facing many unusual health problems that have made it difficult for me to keep a job, stay in college, or do many normal activities and this is very scary to me to be in the dark all the time with no answers. I am still waiting for my consultation in three weeks and have known people to get a phone call from their doctors at Baylor Scott and White within the same week at least with an idea. Scheduling has been rude to me on the phone, I have had trouble getting a hold of nurses on the phone when having an emergency of any kind (often takes them a week to return my call), and appointments are not available on fridays for my primary care or specialist if Im sick (often wait a week or more when they are in office).

I sat in a room for over an hour and a half. The only person that ever came in was someone from the financial department asking if I could pay anything today. Not once did the doctor come or a nurse to explain what was taking so long. I will never come back here again.
