I used Brandenburg Plumbing recently to do a bunch of little repairs and they were so wonderful! The owner's son came out and he was just a good honest guy that was very clear with me and explained everything so even someone like myself with no handywomen blood at all could understand. Couldn't recommend them enough!
I had Brandenburg Plumbing out today and they asked if I would like them on facebook and throw a review their way and they welcome any honesty (I told them anyone that knows me would know I do not sugar coat anything). I am not a facebook man that is for my kids to play with but I did like their service so a I will give them an honest review. I am always a little skeptical of tradespeople, most of them seem a little shady, but these guys shot me straight the whole way. Price was definitely not the lowest, but it was fair and I feel like I paid for what I got. The kitchen faucet the owner's son sold me made my wife very happy so good enough for me.
Just had a remodel done at my house and Brandenburg Plumbing did a great job running new water lines and drain lines. I also love my new water softener they installed for me. Great service great quality .
I was very sad to be told by a licensed plumber that a thermostat set too high cause my element to "melt." Hard water buildup caused the lower element to go out. This is a common occurrence with hard water. He told me he could not clean it out and charged over $300 to replace element and thermostat. He even told me it would happen again soon. When I called him on it he stuck to the story that the heat melted the metal element. If this were the case boiling water would be very hard. So sad that a professional did not act professional:(
